Led or was in the top executive start-up team for 3 manufacturing and supply-chain start-ups: Asia Pacific region-wide launch of the Tools of Vidal Sassoon haircare appliances, sourcing 12 electrical products out of China; established a WFOE China Subsidiary for The Hershey Company, building out a repacking and distribution facility in Shanghai, and leading the start-up of in-country commercial operations; supporting the construction and commissioning of a $53 million Libbey glass tableware factory in Beijing China.
